Thank you for the replies Wanderer and John.

I think I will just go for either the highly skilled migrant, post-study work or temporary worker.

All this is years ahead, I won't actually do anything until I've got my Masters (Maybe PhD). I'm just planning :)

Hello, My sister resides in the UK with an ILR and I'm currently under Tier 4(Student) Visa which doesn't expire until June 2012. I have been living here under Tier 4(Student) Visa for 1 year and 6 months and I was wondering wether I can apply for an ILR or naturalisation? I've extended my stay once...

Good day everybody,

I live with my brother and am about to apply for my student visa extension, and my brother is about to apply for his indefinite leave to remain (IRL) under 10 years.

Who should apply first please?

Hello,
My Course is 33 months (Undergraduate) and costs 11,500 per year.

What I'm asking is if i can show just 1,600 after having paid 50% of my first year fees.

Hello, I just finished my foundation course on 26th august 2009 in inner London, and am about to start University also in inner London on 23rd September 2009.I am about to pay 50% first installment of fees to the University. How much do I need to show in my bank account for my visa to be successfull...
