salary income question

Hi mates, As you know I am HSMP 2 years + Tier1 3 years. I should extend my visa in 2013 for 3 months (as I came 3 months after my visa) and then apply for ILR. Unfortunately I have faced a problem. This is the story. I was given annual bonus in March along with my salary. (which is stated in my pay...

Dear All, Thanks for your replies. I'm tier 1 and will apply for ILR next year. But I'm ore confused now Dear innocentdevil, can you explain more pl? For example my salary before tax is 29K for 2012. Income versus Expenses

Dear All,

When applying for ILR, doea the case officer look at your income versus expenses?

I mean does it impact their decision if your earning is less than your expenses?

Also if you have got a loan does it impact the decision?

Thanks,

Biometric card

Dear All, As I changed my passport about 2 years ago I got my Biometric card at that time too. I changed my addres about 8-9 months ago. I have just found that when we change address we need to inform the UKBA. As I have not informed them yet I am afraid this will affect my second extentions and ILR...

applying for 2nd extension just for 1 or 2 days over 3 months does sound ridiculous. I wud suggest you talk to an immigration consultant & get their views as they may have handled such cases before 3 month discretion is up to the CW so dont take it for granted. I feel its better you go for 2nd ...

Re: Success! Tier 1 2nd early extension in Solihull, 12/10

Thanks for sharing your success. But Why did you apply for second extension. You could apply for ILR in Sep 2012 since you had 5 years stay in the UK? Mah I came to the UK at Oct 2007 with HSMP visa, extended at Mar 2009 (Tier 1 visa, valid until Sep 2012). I could have waited until Sep 2012 and app...

Dear Sushdmehta,

thanks again.

Sorry not to be smart enough. I read it again. But I am still confused. I don't understand which one I am. Still I don't know I need 75 or 80 and which table I should refer to Table 2 or Table 3.

Regards,

mah, you are over the 3 month limit, though by only 2 days. Unless you want to risk a refusal of your settlement application, you should apply for extension.
