I have a residence card in place expiring in Oct 2016. My wife has a blue document confirming her residency but not a permanent residency. She is exercising her treaty rights since 2015 Feb when she has become a full time mature student. In case of a refusal of my application for permanent residency...

advertisment needs investment and that will be used from 50000 £ and contracts with who when I am not a business yet i am just a compnay which is waiting for visa to be soughted to start its operations ....

money is in uk in my uncle's account and i have affidavit from him to use the money which i did provide bh now case worker is asking me some other letter in which bank should state that my sponsor wishes to transfer £50000 in my account .....

Hi Guys I have just recieved message from my case worker saying that I need a letter from bank saying that my sponsor wishes to transfer 50,000 amount in my account . Obviously its not possible noone will write that kind of information. what I am suppose to do now

my husbands EEA FP expires on 22.10.2010. I still do not have a job yet, so I suppose, if even I get one maybe by july or august/the latest/still my WRS woudl finish July 2011. But meanwhile my husbands FP would already expire in october, so I guess it is better to apply for his FMRS..but then again...
