Hi Bajwa, First of all, learn from my experience and apply your son's visa while you are here. Secondly, there is no such requirement that you need to apply for his visa within a year. You can apply whenever you needed to travel out of the country and then come back. So there will be no problem in a...

Loan letter form the bank

Hello,

Has some body got a template of a loan letter from a bank that a Tier 4 applicant can use to demonstrate his maintenance funds.

I need it for one of my relatives to make sure the letter he is getting from his bank fulfils all the requirements.

Thanks

In simple words, it doesn't matter whether you are on a board of directors or driving a taxi. You are eligible to apply for Tier1 as long as you have got required points.

No, you don't need a separate permission to work 20 hours a week as it is already provisioned in the immigration rules.

You can work as employed or self employed as long as it is within 20 hours a week condition.

Salam Sarmad, The best way would be to fill in the form, sign it, scan it (preferable as a PDF document) and email it to appeals.abudhabi@fco.gov.uk. Alternatively you can post your form on Entry Clearance Manager, British Embassy Abu Dhabi, Khalid Bin Waleed St (Street 22) opposite Khalifa Bin Zaye...

Your statement printed on 30/11/09 will be fine if you apply on 15/12 as it shouldn't be more than a month old at the time of application.

Statements from multiple banks are acceptable as long as they were in your/your partner's name and cover full 3 months period.

Hi there, It all depends on how desperately your new employer needs your skill set. I'll suggest you to keep applying for job and hope for the best. As a Tier 2 v...
