This letter must say that amount of money available to applicant from third parties Thanks but it doesn't make any sense. Why would the 3rd party bank say that the money is available to the applicant (who has got nothing to do with 3rd party's bank). The bank might right something like "the mo...

Finally the payment has left my account yesterday, but no acknowledgement letter yet. Tried calling them and an automated voice advised me that they have a backlog of application due to a lot of people applying just before the fee rise on 6th of April. @helpneeded2011. I didn't include my sons in my...

MN1 for children born prior to ILR

Has any body applied for MN1 recently? Home Office received my kids application on 9th but they have not deducted the fee so far, no acknowledgement letter either. We got SET(O) on 31st March and both of our sons were born before that. We have applied under section 1(3). Any idea what could be going...

Thanks for your reply. Is the point 3 not in contradiction to the first two? If some body's application is "straightforward", they would have less chances of things going wrong which mean they could use the flexibility and ease offered by this online form? Just a small point, otherwise I a...

ILR Set(O) - Has anybody used the online service?

Hi all, Just wondering if anybody has used the online service for their set(o) application when you were applying in person? The form is very interactive and much easier to fill in. It also guides you at every section and explains exact requirements. The only thing that is making me concious is that...

Thanks

Are you saying that it doesnt matter how long the main applicant has lived in UK on other visas, he needs to spend 12 months on Tier1 to qualify for £533 for his dependent coming from abroad???

Is that true based on experiences of other forum members?

Earnings from an agricultural farm

Dear Gurus, Can earnings from an agricultural farm be used for Tier1(G)? If so, what documents the applicant need to produce as evidence? One friend of mine is currently in the UK on PSW. He is doing a full time job and earns around £20K from his job. He also owns an agricultural farm back in India...

By the way, what is your visa status in the UK and for how long you've been living in this country?

Normally different visa categories and length of stay determine how much maintenance funds you need to show.

First, you've posted your question in a wrong forum. It is for Tier4 Student visas.

Now to answer your question, I think you'll be alright as most of the times they don't ask for all the P60s. For detailed information, have a look in this forum: http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewforum.php?f=44

First you need to find a job to confirm to the Border Agency that you can accommodate your new wife without recourse to public funds.

I heard that Home Office has started accepting 3rd party support for this purpose but I am not sure about the exact details of this.

It was an out of country application for a small child. Initially they refused it as they ovrlooked an attached doc. I wrote an email to the Entry Clearance Manager in Abu Dhabi who overturned the refusal within 3 days and emailed me back advising to resubmit the passport.
