Itried several times on the site and didnt get an appointment. I approached a lawyer and his fees are very high.

Its so sad to see so many appointmnets during that time. I was struglling for the same time period and couldnt get any . Finally had to shell out 900 pounds to a lawyer to get the appointment on 19th Spetember and my case is pretty straight forward.

Is EC date the the first Visa Issued date on the workpermit?Or is it the Visa issued date for the tier 1 general.

I had a workpermit initially and came in Uk on Aug 2008. After that I got workeprmit renewed till July 2010. I got shifted to tier 1 general on 7th Oct 2009.

I went back to India in March 2010 and again came back to Uk on Feb 2012. What should be my Date of entry clearance. can anyone pl advice.

Mine is also a similar case. I was on a Tier 2 after which I moved to Tier 1.So the entry clearance date should be the date on which you entered UK first on Tier 2. Am I right?
