My wife is a PBS depenednt and visa valid till 2014. Which form she should be using SET O or SET M

I am with similar issue but my lawyer says it is fine .

ILR success stories links with absences greater than 180 days in a single year. Please post if you know any in this year.

ILR Depnedent Query - I am on Tier 1 General and will be applyin gfor ILR in Sept along with my wife as dependent. her visa is PBS Dependent. Is there a maintainanace funds requirement for dependent. If yes how much?
