Thanks Noble & Kashyme, Ok, I will ask her again face to face, on phone its difficult to explain. Honestly I got more knowledge then her. I then apply directly next year on 4th Aug 2010, so I have spend 1 year on this PR status. Thank you again and I will let you know on 10th Dec, just for info ...

Hi I send mine in July 2009 for EEA4, got back in 5 days and they rejected my application... I was pissed off becuase the reason was rubbish... I send them back with a letter that I do qualify for 10 Years visa, and then I got my passport back on 4th Aug 2009 with PR card visa and valid for 10 years...
