Re: FLR(M) Extension- on maternity leave

If your wife is relying on her salary she will need the payslips/bank statements for the 6/12 months before maternity leave. Her employer will need to confirm she is currently on mat leave in the employment letter.

Re: FLRm Accom and Finance

My understanding is you only need a property inspection report when you share the property with extended family or other tenants you are not related to.

I cannot comment on the remaining queries.

Although your P60 doesn't reflect your current earnings still include it and add a sticky note to it explaining that.

The type of correspondence is fine, but do the letters cover the entire period since her last application in 2013?

Re: financial requirement FLR(M) salary raise

To simplify things I would just use the pay you were getting originally as the question asks if you were earning that amount continuously for the last 6 months. Then explain that you received a pay rise in March.

Re: Financial Requirement Agency work less than 6 months

With Cat B you don't have to have worked every month in the last 12 - just that you have earned the requirement amount in that time and continue to do so at the point of application. When my husband applied in his home country I was an agency worker paid per hour. It is referred to as non salaried e...

You can apply using Cat B - 12 months of payslips and bank statements.

Re: Spouse visa renewal and Maternity leave.

From what you have said I would try to time the application so you get the employment letter confirming mat leave before you go back part time. Do you accumulate annual leave during mat leave also? Would that extend your leave at all? If you could also do a same day appointment with that info you co...

What are group certificates?
Excuse my bluntness but you knew exactly what to submit and should have done so. As you have the information requested you can appeal but I don't know how long that process takes so submitting a fresh application may be quicker.

Re: Spouse visa renewal and Maternity leave.

Just remember that you have until literally the day the visa expires to apply for the renewal. Obviously better to try to get it done in good time - especially for the sake of your sanity lol.

Re: FLR(M) Application extension question please

I would submit everything required for Cat A and submit the offer letter from the new employer. To be honest I don't even think they look into future employment unless you are the sponsor abroad coming to the UK.

Re: Spouse visa communication evidence

Hi all, Luckily I had evidence of my relationship with my husband from as far back as the year we met, so it might be helpful to include evidence that spans the full duration of your relationships. Failing that just explain you could only provide for as far back as you could find as you were not thi...

Re: FLR(M) Questions and advice needed

Hello Helpful Forum Folk, Thanks to all for the timeline posts which are very helpful. Some advice is needed on the FLR(M) application: 1. Timing: as long as application is made after 30 months and the ILR application is then made after another 30 months, the 5 years for ILR is satisfied, I believe...

Re: Spouse visa renewal and Maternity leave.

You can sponsor your husband whilst on maternity leave! You just need to provide the information from 6 months PRIOR to mat leave and ensure the employment letter states this. Please read the FM-SE document as it states exactly what needs to be submitted. And as mentioned you need to think about ILR...

Re: flr m - financial requirements

As your partner is currently on mat leave you just need to rely on the income she earned in the six months prior to when that started. If there are no dependents included in the application then you do not need to combine your income to meet the requirement as your partner earns enough alone.

I understand your anxiety in preparing for the PEO appointment as we were there last week... Only supply what is required - you will be submitting way too much in the list you provided. Re: Tenancy agreement & digital signature

When my husband applied for entry clearance in 2013 my employment letter had a digital signature and there were no issues. Perhaps include full details of your letting agent/landlord in the section for additional information on the form and address it in your overall letter.

Re: Accommodation Prove for Spouse Visa

Unfortunately I don't think that will be acceptable either. Are there any relatives or friends who could allow you to stay with them (even if it's just for the purpose of the visa and you do actually stay in a hotel) and can provide the relevant documents to support your application? If not, you may...

Final Queries before PEO 25th July

Okay so I am just completing the application form and would like some clarity on a few things: 1. Section 7A - Financial requirement... Both my husband and I work but we are relying on my income for the application. Do I still need to put down my husband's job detail also? 2. Do we need to add photo...

Your final sentence is correct and is exactly how the applicant would work out his salary for the purposes of the application. I believe it will still be considered salaried + bonuses/overtime.
