Just wanted to update on my query!
ILR was refused on the general grounds as my caution is active until next year.
However on the bright side,they automatically renewed my spousal visa for a further 2 years.Not the outcome i had hoped but it was a silver lining

Is it possible to still use my appointment at PEO and instead lodge the Spousal extension instead of SET M?

My visa was issued in September 2007 in form of a stamp sticker on passport, hope this helps
