It's not much consolation, but were these changes discussed or announced anywhere before 18 March when a notice ...

The policy suggest that 90 days outside country has to be in last 12 months which I believe is 5th year rather than 1st year of entering UK.

Re: WP orver HSMP

Is there any source confirming this or if anyone has experienced in the past for those who are applying WP from outside UK and already have Tier 1 Visa.

The case if the employer want to get this WP done since people travelling to UK on WP get some tax benefits.

I have worked with big names in UK. Believe me 95% of middle and top management positions are held by locals. There are 5% which you can see divided amongst european, chinese, carrebeans and some by Indians of which again 90% are people from Indian companies who are executing managed projects in UK ...

npanglia, With an MBA + Six Sigma + PMP, I would say you are better off in India th an UK. Here large businesses are less and its really tough to get management roles despite of your qualification and experience. Local Brit guys are preferred in most of the mgmt jobs irrespective of sector/domain -...

That too at the current exchange rate of 68 Rs per 1 GBP, which is likely to go up in future.

It could happen anytime... may be tomm... or may not change for next few months. Anybody else commenting about this is redundant till communication from UKBA.
