you don't need the payslips or any proof that you are working. If you are meeting the maintenance requirements for your dependent (s) then you should be fine, provided that you meet all other requirements for that category.

no harm in doing so as there is a chance that you might have missed some communication from UKBA in the post.

to make it very simple, if there is no covering letter & bank stamps on the statements, the application is likely to be refused.

if I have posted in the wrong forum then you could simply say that this is not a right forum or section to post in, instead of using your poetic phrases and ridiculing it. BTW it was in the simplest form of very PLAIN English, if you can't understand it then I can't help. CHEERS

minimum income rule.

If a person is in country already on tier 4 visa and about to marry a british citizen, would the minimum income or earning cap still apply on the british spouse to sponsor the spouse?

A quick reply would be appreciated.

No, you don't need to let Home Office know about the new passport. Just keep both old & new passports together whenever you travel.

Hope this helps.

if you can see the question mark at the end of a sentence then I guess it is a question asked, couldn't find any rocket science in my original post.

FP92A Prescription charge exemption (medical)

Can someone who is on PSW , claim a "prescription charge exemption certiificate" for a life saving drug that is required all the time?

Just wanted to make sure it doesn't count towards "recourse to public funds".

Many Thanks

What I meant was IF there are any other funds to show apart from maintenance. Correct me if I am wrong, main PSW holder is already in the UK (got PSW in Feb 12). Then funds need to be maintained should be £1800 for 3 months plus £900 ????? Dependant is also currently in the UK for 3+ years as Tier 4...

PSW Dependant query

Can PSW dependant use spouse's bank statement to show maintenance & other funds instead of his/her own bank statement to apply for dependant visa (outside UK)?

A quick reply is appreciated.

there shouldn't be any problems as the requirement is only to show the balance for the last 28 days, doesn't matter about what the balance was before that. As long as your bank statement shows the required balance for atleast 28 days, and the date on statement is not more than 1 month before the tim...
