much appreciated.so basically if she arrives in first 3 months of visa issue date she can travel to the UK for next 2 years and then we will have to apply for FLR when this visa expires .Am i correct?

Hi, we applied for PR last month with 1yrs and 10 months cohab n 3 yrs 3 months marriage. Our applications was intially accepted and COA was issued after a week but then 2 weeks later HO sent a letter in my wife's name saying that she didn't register with WRS for first 6 months of her stay in the UK...

Coming back to your question when applying for PR under EU rules they don't normally ask for proof of cohabitation. If you submit your wife's latest payslips better make sure they got right address though. Thx BLK235 I have all recent bills and payslips on our current adress,its just the first 6mon...

Today, 5th October i recieved UK residence documentation for a national of an EEA state :D Very very quick processing time :D i was worried to wait a few months for it. So it took only 3 weeks :D
