ILR and credit history

Hi,one of my friends has a very poor credit history and his ILR is due in 2 months time. So does bad credit history affect his ILR.

hi my friend was admitted in to uk on hsmp in 2005 but his time was reset for another 4 yrs for ilr which is due in july this year due to long absences...so now the 3 month rule of showing funds is applicable to him? please some one clarify. Thank u.

Hi my friend wants to bring her 3 children in to UK, she is on tier 1 general since 4 yrs and comes under HSMP judicial review. Does she need tenancy agreement apart from all other documents and if yes how many minimun bedroom house she has to show? Quick response is appreciated. Thank you. Regards

What's an unnecessary visa extension? I don't understand why you would even apply and pay for one to start off with? Generally there is no process for refunds except for special circumstances if something was really the fault of the Home Office. Hi mulderpf thanks for ur reply your statement sounds...

Hi sushdmehta and rizwan567 thanks for ur views. The reason am worried is that the refusal letter says 5 yrs not 4 yrs might b thats the standard letter they do before ILR JR came in to force. Just to clarify does the short of contineous period of 5 ys leave rule is applicable to 4 yrs leave aswell (in case of applicant going for ILR in 4yrs under ILR JR)

Hi xyz123 thanks for ur reply stamped with HSMP for 1 yr in the month of april 2005 landed UK in the month of july 2005 got extened to 3 yrs with HSMP stamp but need to get another extension to complete 5 yrs for ILR prior to ILR JR so got extended to another 3 yrs now with Tier 1 (general) till apr...
