Hi,one of my friends has a very poor credit history and his ILR is due in 2 months time. So does bad credit history affect his ILR.

Hi my friend wants to bring her 3 children in to UK, she is on tier 1 general since 4 yrs and comes under HSMP judicial review. What's an unnecessary visa extension? I don't understand why you would even apply and pay for one to start off with? Just to clarify does the short of contineous period of 5 ys leave rule is applicable to 4 yrs leave aswell (in case of applicant going for ILR in 4yrs under ILR JR)
