Re: RC received in less than a month

I received my RC in less than a month. Here's my story: I'm a Canadian married to a French National. I originally entered the UK on a 2 year holidaymaker visa, which expires in September 2010. September 28th, 2009: UK Broder Agency received my completed EEA2 form, with all documents including origi...

Like Morpheo said, Check his previous post. However I don't know how practical that is, or just another publicity stunts as most of us are yet to receive our RCs. :?

I would have agreed with you but don't forget that an initial check is done again to see if you have all the required documents. I don't think anyone who have applied and waited for 6 months will take the risk anyway, but I know for a fact tracking many forums that EE2 applications submitted after ...

Yea More like my MP, Pretty useless. Albeit he contacted HO and replied me same day, However it was a useless response that I could have gotten on my own as well.
There's nothing else we can do other than to wait. I was told however that all backlogs will be cleared before December. :roll:

Yes I did receive the same type of letter once (July) and was later sent another requesting for extra documents.
I've since sent the documents in August but still waiting.
So has your MP given up as well? :(

@Mark2009

Its pathetic to know that you've been waiting this long.
Apart from sending complaints to H.O,Have you tried to contact your MP and(or) Solvit?

Well I received the same type of Apology letter from HO some weeks ago but since then nothing.I've been waiting for more than 9months now. :(
