sushil, u are right, but ukba does not mention any where in the guidance notes that the accountant should be aca or acca..
please post a link if there is evidence for that..

when i check the database ,his original firm name comes as registered with acca and his name is registered in acca.. but My accountant original letter head is with his trading name xxxx.. But he did not mention his original firm name any where in the letter head.. and it is leagal requirement to men...
