hi, Just go to nearest police station lodge a complaint showing the letter from dvla.. Then they will give a crime reference number. not a problem at all.. the case worker takes the earning finish date as 22may2010 and works back 12 months from that date..so just relax..

i dont think u can use the 6 months advance payment. policy guide clearly states that the earnings/profits must be made with in the 12 months profits.

just think logically, if ukba accept adavance payments as earnings , every one get advance payment for next 1 or 2years and they can claim points..

it is better to look for accountant who has got ACCA qualifications rather than going for an appeal,review OR tribunal whatso ever...
u can find n number of accountants with ACCA in ur country..

nursery education grant for Tier1 dependent.

hi, does nursery education grant come under public funds. I want to send my son to nursery. The nursery said that he is eligible for 15 hrs of free session and they said they will be paid for that by some local authority. If i take that 15 hrs for free, does it come under public funds. Please advice...

hi, u do not need any of those letters....just TA and address proof like bank statement , utility bills are more than enough...

donot submit unnecessary documents as they have negative impact on the result...

i have applied for 2 of my dependents with just Tennancy agreement and got approved..

i think there is another 3rd party which was hired by ukba to do document checks.. They may visit your firm to do the checks and the gossip is they will get more money if they prove some thing is fake.. so please be carefull. One of my friend applied with fake experience and finally they caught her ...

you dont need to leave the country, you could send your fresh application along with all the required doccuments and covering letter explaining why you did not sent the police clearance certificate with the earlier application , and ask them to consider this application in a polite way and seend it ...

not to worry, just relax..so many cases in the same situation got visas...
in my case my dependents application was sent back as invalid and by that time their visa expired 2 months ago and reapplied and got the visa with in 15 days.
Next time when apply for visa use postal orders..safe and secure..
