i think, u dont need to show any financial requirments for all of ur dependents including (wife) as u are covered under transitional arrangements..old rules apply to u..

as you paid the penalty nothing will happen..but if you challenge the penalty fare in the court and lost the appeal in court then u will be in trouble.
but as u said u already paid the fine your details will not be passed to any other agency..

so just nrelax..

royal mail takes more than a week to update..even if you call they give wrong information..so just relax.. once ukba received your application the send acknowledgement letter in 2 to 3 weeks time..

As far as i know u dont need any employers liability insurance...
