hi, Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un It is a sad news for you, a friend of mine had same experience few years ago and UKBA told him same thing so my friend could not attend his mother's funneral. I would suggest that you do not withdraw because they could take 2 months to give your passport back....

Biometric invitation received today-Applied 13 August

Hi all, Just came back home from office and Biometric letter was there. Took 3 months in total and 10 days since I sent complaint email to Home Office. Applied:13 August. Ack letter received: 21 August Biometric invitation letter received: 15 November dated 12 November. Hope others get soon. Shad.

Looks like things are completely random at Home office.
