Yup...worked in the US for 8 years. am an Indian national....i had asked the tax credit office and child benefits office if I am eligible when I had applied in April 2008 and they said ofcourse...i had no idea these were public funds.....anyhoo...i think i should say 'no' and then in my cover letter...

thanks! so basically, fill out all of the information from nov 2007 one mre thing, I got a copy of 12 month statements from barclays however they have not signed, stamped or no logo..although they have given a cover letter saying that it is all accurate. is that enought? pls could someone let me kno...

1) came to the UK on HSMP in Nov 2007.
2)Entered the UK once before in Jun 2007 on visitor visa.
