I think in your Admin review you should send the email from UKBA and also send the Immigration rule print out which says that you are not over-stayer as you describe above.

If you can post your Visa application on 27/2/10 from UK than its fine otherwise go to your home country on 27/2/10 and apply from there but u need 2800 Pounds in your accounts for three months.

Student Visa Sep 2006 till Dec 2007 applied for Visa extension on 20 Dec 2007 got passport 14 Feb 2008 and extension was valid till 31st July 2008. Complete degree july 2008. apply for PSW 25th june 2009.

You can do this but make sure that there is no gap

They also gave me Full right of Appeal

My First Visa started on from 23 Aug 06 expire on 31st Dec and The leave to remain in the starts from Feb till July
