The sponsor or his/her representative (solicitor) will get a confirmation in writing within 14 days of appeal. Spouse Visa

Dear All

I am new to this thread......

My husband applied for his spouse visa in June 2009 it took the BHC 5 months o process the application. In November 2009 he was issued with the refusal notice. His appeal was lodged in December 2009.

I am still in this long and painful process.....
