If SAR doesn't show any dates that what is the point of applying.

I have several posts on this forum where members have applied just to find out the dates they traveled.

Are you sure it didn't show any dates.

Question about entry/exit stamps

Hi All, I have a question about entry/exit stamps on the passport. I have one entry stamp to my home country which is totally obscured and I can’t seem to work out what it is. I know people mentioned SAR request on this forum but my question is when you leave UK there are no stamps and no one chec...

Immigration History section on the application form

Hello Members, Can someone clarify this question for me? When did you (the main applicant) first enter the UK? This refers to the date of your first entry into the UK at the beginning of the period of stay on which this application is based. I came to UK in September, 2002 on a student visa. After c...

Hi Vinny, Thanks again for your reply. I read on the UKBA website that same day service is not available for Long Residence and my question was referring to if I go with your advice and apply based on Tier – 1 basis, then how long before my eligibility I can start looking for appointments. Is it 4...

Thanks for your reply. Is there any expiry of KOL test? I am hoping not because you suggested to take it whenever i am ready. (I haven't even bought the book yet but still more than year to go) Do you know how long on average it takes for ILR long residence (10 years) to get approved as you can only...

Thanks everyone for the response. FOR ILR One last confusion which still exists after reading all the messages is, does 180 days and 90 days in one stretch limit applies to dependants for example my wife and my 2 year old son. I sent them away for 6 months so that my son can live with his grand pare...

Does anyone know for sure if 180 days limit apply on dependents as well. My wife and son are away for more than 3 months now. I thought this only apply to the main applicant. Like when you apply tier 1 visa only main applicant has to fullfil the requirements not the dependents. Please can someone cl...

Ask them to thank you for doing their job. I really get angry when these people bully the immigrants because they know they can get away with it.
