I HAVE A SIMILAR PROBLEM AT THE MOMENT,BEEN TOLD I HAVE NO RIGHT TO AN APPEAL...I MADE MY APPLICATION BEFORE MY VISA EXPIREDBUT DUE TO PROBLEMS WITH MY ACCOUNT MY APPLICATION WAS CLASSIFIED AS INVALID..RE-APPLIED AND WENT FOR MY BIOMETRICS AND JUST RECENLY GOT MY VERDICT.BEEN TOLD TO PACK UP MY BAGS...

i sent my application in april just b4 it expired but the home office returned my documents because i didn't have enough money(visa fee) in my account and the said it was invalid...i resent the application,went for my biometrics and recently recieved the verdict,been told my application is unsuccess...

i was recently refused a visa extension on the grounds that my application was invalid,been told to pack up my bags and go back home..and wont be granted an appeal,they said i have no right to an appeal..how can i return my rights???please help me..it's urgent as i have already paid for my Dec ACCA ...
