Re: Indian Passport for new born baby in UK

I have applied for my babies passport on 8th March in London VFS. I heard from VFS that currently there is a delay in all passport applications. Has anyone submitted for passport recently and received please clarify?
Thanks,
Bijo

Re: Baby born in UK but movin to India - Applying UK Citizen

That is such a relief to hear. So she can continue to extend her tier 1 general dependent visa even after I get my PR? Please could you confirm? This was something that I wasn't aware of.
Thanks,
Bijo

Re: Baby born in UK but movin to India - Applying UK Citizen

Thanks a lot secret.simon. This was really helpful. Your response highlighted my fear of ILR clock resetting to zero. My wife came in to UK on Sept 2013 and her visa is valid only till Feb 2018 (less than 5 years as my current tier 1 visa ends in feb 2018). I will get ILR in Dec 2016. If she is in U...

Is it mandatory to renew main n dependent tier 1 together?

Hello All, I am the main applicant of tier 1 general visa. My wife and my tier 1 general visa is valid till Feb, 2016. I am planning to go for an early extension of visa before April 2015 because of new rule. But I plan to renew my wifes visa only in 2016. Is this allowed? Is it possible for my wife...

I am in exactly the same dilemma. I searched a lot in the net as well to find out if EMBA is valid or not for HSMP but in vain. Could you please advice me if u have found anything regarding this? Have u gone ahead with EMBA course?
