They might ask you the reason for returning to UK after a long pause, in the worst case they might ask if you have booked a return ticket before your VISA expires. But it should be alright you can very well make entry.

Hi mate, There isnt' a loop hole. Stop looking for one and abide by the rules. The rule is simple: 2800 for yourself plus funds for each dependance.
