means that i can apply for 2nd extention at the end of 5 years in case i dont complete 5 year residance in order to cover that gap.

to aruni,

if i spend 3 to 5 months outside the UK until 2014 every year, i know its breach of condions and at the end of 5 years i would not get ILR as it will be a certain refusal. in that case intead of applying for ILR can i apply for 2nd extention to complete that gap.

dear all,

i got tier 1 general visa in DEC, 2009 which is valid until DEC, 2012. the job which i am doing at the moment involved frequent visits outside the UK, ie i will have to stay outside UK for 3 to 5 months every year until 2014. my question is that,

will it affect my status here in the UK?

in tier 2 you are stick to only one employer, income from other resources could seriously damage your tier1 application.

gross salary issue

my net pay in bank statment and pay slip is same. the issue here is gross salary not net salary. my gross salary in job letter given by employer is 1400 pounds while in pay slip it is 1397 pounds.

my question is this

will this difference of 3 pounds affect my application in any way.
