Yes I am British citizen. My wife applied through NCS on 17 june, money deducted on 5 July. Biometric done on 11july.

Update on my situation

Today I received a call from council to bring just your photographic identification with you on ceremony day. They allow me to attend the ceremony without home office approval letter. It's Hugh relief for me.

Hi abhatt,

How did you manage your ceremony. I am in the same situation got council invitation letter on 30th and the ceremony is booked on 6th May. I sent email to home office but it will take time to get another approval letter.

Form SU07/12

Hi all,

I am asking this question on behalf of my friend. He filled online application along with appendix 2. Is it mandatory to fill the sponsorship undertaking form SU07/12?. He is British citizen and applying for spouse visa for his wife.

thanks of your reply, his employment is non salaried as his monthly income is not fixed. he got all the documents needed for a subsisting marriage. can someone please post sample of employment letter for non salaried employment. he is with the same employer for more than 2 years.

You can go to Pakistan after getting Nationality. There is no restrictions upon you or your family after naturalization.
