Sorry to say that ignorance of the law is not an excuse.


I am not trying to make you feel bad, but it is the case the judges are very strict on this matter so an apeal is very tough to win.

@WEhli: Most judge will wait 2-3 weeks for the decision to be made they have a right to reserve judgement and that is what they do.

@ Selvyn: could you please provide us with your case name as it is good case law and could be used as precedent.

thanks for the reply vinny. The two articles seem to be contradicting each other though: Is the current July one good law or the fact that they lost the MAY case more relevant?
