There is no such form as a 'Tier 1 General Extension' form, it's just the 'Tier 1 General' form (version 04/13) that is valid for applications made on or after 06 Apr 2013. Bear in mind that the Tier 1 (General) route has been closed (for just over 2 yrs now) so whatever application that is being m...

It should be fine as long as each page is stamped too. http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/visas-immigration/working/tier1/general/supportingevidence/previousearnings/bankstatements/ Hi Sheraz, thanks, your answer is right to the point. So apparently i still have to get rest of pages stamped, because...

Is Bank Printed & Stamped Statement Accepted For Extensi

So i went to the bank and asked for 1 year statement, they printed it out of their printer, it looks exactly like real statement, just that it is printed black and white and was churned out through their printer machine, however, they stamped every page which has my address on it. Now I am wondering...

Re: LASPO: When is Offenders Act 2012 is being implemented?

As a last ditch effort, I would advise you to call TV Licensing's Prosecutions Department on 03007906034, explain your difficult circumstances and offer to pay for the license in full or by direct debit if they agree to withdraw the case against you. I faced a similar issue around 2 years back and ...

Re: LASPO: When is Offenders Act 2012 is being implemented?

The amendments are expected to take effect and the end of the year. For the purpose of ILR and naturalisation they both have their own requirements for 'Good Character' that are outside the scope of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act. Therefore, the amendments are unlikely to affect the way in whi...

LASPO: When is Offenders Act 2012 is being implemented?

I heard according to new LASPO bill, the conviction for non custodial sentences/fines will be considered spent after 1 year. Is there any news on when it is being implemented as it was likely to be commenced during spring and whether it will have any impact on UKBA?

I would advise you to call the TV Licensing Prosecution Dept. on 03007906034 and let them know about your circumstances and offer to pay for the TV License in full for the year ahead in advance if needed to avoid prosecution. Under new rules it was spent conviction. I believe you can apply after 24 months of court fines.

Btw, did they look into your criminal record section and did they ask anything about it?
