thanks and can you please advise on how to prove that i will be paying corp tax on dividends taken?? anyway i filed my accounts last week but will not be paying 9 months from then.

For tier1 visa extension, do we need to show the business account where money is coming in from the clients??

Every month i save the tax credits, VAT and Corp tax in tax saver account. Do i need to show this bank statement as well??

Do we need to be in UK continuosly for 12 month period to provide funds

£900 for main applicant
£600 for dependant

main applicant has been living in UK on tier1 for the past 1.5yrs (but it wasnt continuous)

Is it legal to take salary from business account even if i havent paid the corp tax to HMRC on time??

i did set up a monthly payment plan with HMRC to clear the corp tax.

please advise if its legal to take a salary from business account as i am 100% shareholder and a employee of my LTD Comp.

as long as they are ACCA or other relevant approved accountants, YES you can. for the approved accountants by UK BA, please see the website.
