I got Master's Degree Convocation certificate from university in India which states when I finished my course and all other required details, Is this enough to claim 35 points or do I need to show my Marks list for 1st year and 2nd year of degree and provisional certificates?

I am showing last 12 months payslips from Jan 2009 to Dec 2009. In my bank statement I got paid last working day of every month but on my pay slip it shows the pay date as last day of every month. Is this ok to apply for visa ??
