Hi

I got driving points on license. Never been to any court. Got my counterpart endorsed with 3points. But when I look on DVLA site on my record it says north London magistrate court.

Does it mean I need to wait for 2 years or apply for ILR

make sure you fill in all the previous addresses. wait for a couple of days to get that updated on their systems and then do your credit check

As long as you set up a payment plan. Get a letter from them if possible that you made a payment arrangement with them as a proof and can include that with your application proving that you are making efforts to clear of your debts Please let us know the outcome of your application and all the best!...

It depends on the outcome 1. If speed awareness ---- no problem, do not mention it 2. If COFP without a visit to court ---- You do not need to declare that as it is a FPN. FPN happened in September 1st week

CCj in 2009 but was not aware of it until I checked my credit report recently, I made a monthly arrangement plan with them now

will this effect my ILR application

I am planning to show my earnings from Jan to June.

Unfortunately I forgot to put in a description when transferring net dividends from Business acc to Current acc. Will Home office accept it as a earning if there is no description.
