He is 30 years. I lelt my country because of an abusive relationship and my ex who is his father wouldn’t let him join me instead got him to go to Canada for his university.

I phoned HO using the above link from Zebra three weeks ago and was told they have not yet made any decision. Its really frustrating.

Zebra at least HO has request certain documents which is a good sign and you will definitely get your visa soon. All the best for you.

I applied in Aril 08 as an overstayer spouse and havnt received anything yet. Your postings give people like us in the same position hope!!!!

Hi. I also received the same letter in June 2009 which says Liverpool Charged Casework has a target to clear all cases in its cohort by July 2010. I am an overstayer and married my British husband in April and applied the spouse visa in June 2008.

I suppose we just have to wait until July 2009.
