some blinds are sitting there. I am also suffering because of them. Go for review , you do not need to give any proof except that form they given it to you. Write there that eco failed to realise that the visa letter is there in documents. You will get a visa for sure. Good luck

No it can be in your local currency but it should demonstrate the required british pound as per the exchange rate of the day you apply.
