Re: Child Benefit claims in Past and Applying for ILR

My understanding is that entire visa duration one cannot claim public fund which is the breach of immigration condition. It is very clear on BRP/stamp. I do not think we could claim, then stop and then apply for a visa saying currently not claiming. As other person said, better to be honest than reg...

Re: Child Benefit claims in Past and Applying for ILR

I think your missing whole point, your main condition of visa is not using recourse or public funds. it applies past or present.

I feel you better declare and attach letter from HMRC. Be safe

I remember, couple of threads on this subject please search on forum.

Re: I hold Indefinite leave to Enter but I am still struggling to get a job.

Nothing wrong with your ILR, just employer want BRP card as proof of right to work.
You need to apply and everything will be alright.

Re: First name change in Indian passport - living in Manchester, UK

I am not sure this will help you. If you have a birth certificate and aadhar card with a new name would be helpful. Along with these, you may also need a notarized certificate. If you do not have above documents, follow the procedure for a name change for this you may need to contact solicitors. Aft...

Re: **URGENT*** statement of comparability*** ILR

Well, hope you have prepared correct documentation, Good luck When my wife applied for our ILR, she has used the same IELTS for entry clearance which was used for GMC registration( this was pre IELTS UKVI 2015). However, the test centre was not listed in UKVI during ILR application( early 2018). So,...

I just wasn't sure how important of a document the NARIC thing is. Had to pay an extra £400 for the fast track. Thanks for taking the time to respond. I dont see a...

I have granted in Liverpool a couple of months ago. Did they cross-check her address and sign after approval?

Re: [VERY URGENT] Tier 2 General Dependent

My understanding is that you can apply for main applicant and dependents visa at the same time and in the same application form, not separately.

https://www.gov.uk/tier-2-general

No idea about the site you mentioned but all UK visa ( Bengaluru as well) applications are outsourced by VFSGLOBAL
