Re: TIER 2 ICT dependent maternity leave

It is illegal to work with an organization without appropriate immigration status/visa.
She is still tied with UK employer though she on leave, it is basic eligibility criteria for an immigrant to work in the UK. You should discuss with the employer to make an arrangement.

This is my opinion.

Re: Tuberculosis Test

TB test to be done irrespective of how long you lived in the UK.
VFS bengaluru won't take your application without TB test document.
I have done though I stayed about 3 year in UK and visited India for visa change.
However, you can wait for other people's feedback or go ahead with your decision

Re: Is marriage certificate mandatory for tier 2 dependent visa?

Contact your local govt body.
if you get authentic govt registration, it would be helpful for future use.
Alternatively, get it by court giving other pieces of evidence.

Re: bank statement for ILR

I am also collecting documents for ILR, though I got 4 months to go.
I have requested the Bank statements for 2 years by online NatWest chat. They said the statements would be delivered in 4-6 days, that to free of charge.
You should check with your bank.
