Re: New COS delay. Tier 2 expires soon PLEASE HELP

Sorry i missed it. Actually, I said about premium service for COS. Your company can get COS number by premium service. They need fill all details and pay 200£. That it you get COS code. NHS usually does it but we have to pay.

Re: New COS delay. Tier 2 expires soon PLEASE HELP

Apply premium service and get code immediately before Friday. if your company does not pay, then pay yourself, it is just 200£. You can still apply for the visa before it expires. you need to apply online before expiry date and it doesn't take much time( max 1 hour). Moreover, for documentation, you...

Re: Is marriage certificate mandatory for tier 2 dependent visa?

Marriage registration is compulsory in few states in India if am correct. However, They likely accept substantial documents you mentioned above and with court affidavit ( I am not sure how you would get it without the presence/sign of both). Best way to find out is contact VFS/embassy office from wh...

Re: Download Biometric Enrollment Letter

When I did apply last month, did not get downloadable bio enrollment form.
If this is a new thing and has a barcode for a post office, why don't you check with the post office?
Moreover, there should be clear instructions what to do next.

Re: Mistake on Shortage Occupation

Just wait, they don't process your application until you pay correct fee. Home office will send you a letter stating the same, then you can pay correct payment. Unfortunately, you cannot do anything till you get a letter. This happened to me as well and you can expect a delay in processing your visa...
