Thanks torikelly91 for your quick response. We wouldn't mind waiting another few days but she already booked her NCS appo this thursday and cant be cancelled. If she apply on her ILR basis, still need my documents? What if we live separate and I refuse to give my details to her (just making a point)...

Hi OCI confirmed to me that in emergency cases they do allow you to collect in person if there is not enought time to wait for post. Thanks CR001 for your reply. I have filled up the application form (1 yr old form) and my friend will visit me this Saturday for counter signature. I will try to visit other PO for application form but as you have said the form hasn’t changed so now I am not much worried about that.

As per the rules if you have more than 2 FPN in last 12 months then you have to disclose that.
