Resident Market Labour Test

Hi

I am aware that the new rules are coming into force next week.

Can my employer advertise for a job that is opening in March now, in order to meet the Resident Labour Market Test under the old rules?

How long are Resident Labour Market Test valid for?

thanks

Tier 2 English Requirement

I am suprised that NVQ Level 4 isn't recognised as a English Requirement.

I am wondering what english tests you recomend from the list of approved tests.

Which ones require little preparation and the easiest?
