If your ILR application is rejected, you can still apply to extend your Tier 1 visa if you meet the criteria.

There's not much you can do now. Just gather all the evidence you can.

I thought your age will remain the same. I thought you use the age that you used to first apply for T1.

what is your private life like? Do you have a EU/British/settled partner? Are there any reasons why your removal from the UK would be against your human rights? If not, there's not really any options available...you can't switch visas when you've overstayed your previous visa. you should have left t...

You will need to show progression from your past studies. Given that your past studies was a degree level course, it would have to be something higher than that.

If I were you, I would do the post graduate.

ps. dont't spam the board with multiple threads.

it might take shorter, who knows? But the main reason why your case is "complicated" is because now that there is a black mark on your UK immigration history, (assuming you haven't been banned), the entry clearance officer will have to consider very carefully if you are indeed entering the...

Because of this incident, you will be subject to a closer scrutiny of your intentions when visiting the UK. Expect to be asked extra questions and just be more alert next time. I think you were not banned ..... I don't agree with that because the OP recalls having it in writing that he used decepti...
