He has been in the UK for a total of 8 eight years of which he has been a student for 3 years and 5 years as my dependant. I am on a student visa.

i am currently on a student visa and my husband was on a student visa then changed to be my dependant for five years. I have been on a student visafpr 7 years.

please help...

I know that i blew it by sending maintanence funds in my husbands name and it resulted to a refusal since the funds were not in my name. now that i have 10 days to appeal to AIT am i able to put the account in a joint name so that it reflects my name as well? am i able to do this. please help. thanks

thanx for your reply. My student visa expired. does that mean that the appeal might even be denied? I dont have other accounts other than the one i meantioned. is it too late to have a joint account?

Maintenance funds and appeal

I am so stressed. My PSW visa was refused because the bank statements were not in my name. The bank statements are in my husbands name. During the past three months from Aug, Sep and Oct funds were £800 but 3 consistent days in September there was a shortage in the account as the funds where £730 ...
