Unfortunately the case worker is wrong because since the updated version of EEA2 app form in last April and june required if you entered the UK with valid EEA family permit you dont have to resend all the documents that were submitted during entry clearance visa you just tick the box in section 5 .....

If the P60 hasn't been issued, the ECO won't expect to see one. It's not essential as long as pay slips and bank statements show the earnings. To be honest - that's unlikely to make any difference. The coalition agreement requires that they will work together to agree changes and so the best scenario you can hope for is that the Lib Dems will abstain on any vote. Even if Labour vote against the proposal - the conservatives could win by 50...

We have to stop this new migration rules not increase the Spouse requirements income to £18.600 even though i am sure this governement dont care about whoever will go ahead with her plans no matter what happend ...
