thank Djb, for advise, do you know how long one has to wait before threre are called up if, they need to clearify any thing, some said 2-3 days and am worried coss some one thid board said there heard nothing and still got a negative result from them pls help my on this.

when you do apply for spouse visa, must you be called for an interview? is there ant case where one is been called for an interview and on what grounds? pls i need a light this . i did apply and i have heard not but some told me that they had interview after they applied . please help thanksssss so ...

hej all

here is what happened my wife is a british and we are register together here in an eu country but she does not work here but in the uk,so when i apply(EEA -FP) this was the reason they say" the your wife has not execised her treaty right in the eu nation where i live permanently for that reason...

i did make a wrong application, and was refused now i know the right visa to apply to ,my questions are should i still appeal or drop the appeal and just apply for the right visa? any suggestion is very welcome.

WHAT I DONT UNDERSTAND IS WHY THE DELAY IN THE PROCESSING OF THE EEA FAMILY PERMIT??? AND SECONDLY WHY IS THE UK TRYING TO ISOLATE THEM SELF FROM THE REST OF THE ÉU NATIONS?
