Now U need to find a good sollicitor for the appeal .
Make sure to emphasize the fact that u CANNOT go to india live with him , It is a good thing they haven t said that u r marriage is a sham.

1) has to sit the test language.

2) is allowed to use the-same-day-premium-visa process.

3) should pay for the application.
