and
2. dependent visa expires after my qualification of ILR

But I have just confused that she did not completed 2 years stay in UK with me if i remove the out of country days from her total stay.

I am on self employment working through my limited company registed in UK for 4 years. I would like to dissolve my company now and would like to register new company for my work. Chetan: I did not take salary but just dividends into my personal account. So i dont need to provide Payslips. isnt it?
Just the dividend vouchers and accountant letter mentioning the gross and net dividends, tax credits.

I got my application back on saturday. i will be sending it again. in the mean time i am just arranging the docs in proper way.
