The above points match my case
1. initial application before 9 july 2012
and
2. dependent visa expires after my qualification of ILR

But I have just confused that she did not completed 2 years stay in UK with me if i remove the out of country days from her total stay.

Limited Company dissolve effect on ILR

I am on self employment working through my limited company registed in UK for 4 years. I would like to dissolve my company now and would like to register new company for my work. If i apply for ILR in future (after 2 years) does it effect on my ILR application and approval? Any help appreciated Thanks

i have got the dependent visa after 20 days of the application date in Hyderabad.
Applied on 19th feb and recvd on 10th march

eg: he has to show £12,000 for 28 days.

Many thanks for the replies esp. Fahad and Chetan.

Chetan: I did not take salary but just dividends into my personal account. So i dont need to provide Payslips. isnt it?
Just the dividend vouchers and accountant letter mentioning the gross and net dividends, tax credits.
