Contradictory evidence applies to Payments earnings.

HO requires two form of evidence to show your earnings, so if your payslip says that you earned £2,205 net salary and bank statement shows £1885 - this is contradictory

Question is asking whether you are living in UK for more than 12 months or not. It is not about continuous living. Since you are in UK for last two years, you have to show maintenance fund of £533

As HO requires two evidences, then I would submit following

1. Payslips
2. Letter from Employer with payslips, gross income and net income details plus mentioning that you were paid salary in Cash
3. Letter from accountant again confirming above.

This will be sufficient.

Anyone can get NI Card even without working in UK, you just have to show that you are looking for Job.

Nasrat, make sure that you explain this on cover letter that which account is you showing for maintenance fund. One of the applicant missed this and his salaried account was checked for the maintenance fund and thus visa refused.

No you dont need any job to register with NHS. You need 2 proof of your UK address- ideally a bank statement and any utility bill. Fix Deposits can not be used to show Maintenance Fund.

Maintenance funds means funds require to maintain your everyday life in UK, so no FIXED DEPOSITS. Sorry :cry:

Details of your dependents are only required when you are applying for their Visas as well.

Do you know you can apply for dependant Visas, even if they are not travelling immediately with you. They can come later.

Education is Business in this country and so HO allow to convert to Student Visa from HSMP as you bring in money.

Try to do MBA from Strathfield or somewhere in Scotland which will get you 75 points or you can work in Scotland for 2 years.

@hsmphsmp: Year of Award will be 2000 as thats when you completed your Degree.

@niceguyinuk: HO can check all and every documents to verify if they want to clarify any doubts regarding your documents including calling your employers.
