3 years Discretionary leave

Hi everyone I just got my discretionary leave in the post this morning. It was straight forward and It took 1 month.
Am a spouse of a British citizen and we have a little girl together. Its been a long journey so far.

Hello everyone, Thank you for taking your time to read.can anyone enlighten me about "out of time application"as a friend of mine suggested that to me. i got refused my tier 4 extension with right to appeal... is it possible to appeal and then make an out of time application in another cat...

we dont want to risk refusal if i have to go home.
i just need to know if i have got a good chance as my college is still willing to sponsor me if i pay my balance and i have got evidence of my non attendance as i just had a baby in march
