Depends on the severity of the offence. If you got points, then mention it on application and it is not a big deal. But if you got Court sentence or jail (I hope not) then it will definitely affect. There will be court hearing, but according to police officer 3 points deduction is likely. I am not ...

traffic offense-adversly affect the application outcome?

I am thinking to switch my current status from work permit to tier 1. Unlucky enough, I was caught by police with a traffic offense. I don't know what sort of influence that would be towards the outcome of my application.
Anybody has any idea out there?
