What docuemnts to attach - Mother in law Visit Visa

hi
I am from pakistan and in uk on T2 General.
I want to invite my mother in law to visit uk, can some one please list the documents i need to attach.
My wife is pregnant will that help in getting the visa?

I earn 28000K , and my wife is here on T2 General dependent.

Please help

Sorry to hear that: here is what i will do in ur situation:


1. Pray to Allah
2. Immediately appeal - mentioning mistake when getting COS
3. Ask employer to get additional COS if there is none
4. Prepare a fresh application and send that as well
5. Start Looking for Job back home

T2-G Dependent coming bak after 6 months,Problem at airport?

Hi

I am on T2 General Visa, My wife (T2 General Dependent) is coming back to UK after nearly six months.

1. Will there be any problem at the airport?
2. Is her visa still valid?
3. Are there any guidance notes that i can look at on this situation

This is soley my opinion and might not work at all, do check if that is possible.

Appeal against the decision so you dont get overstayed. In the mean time apply for Psw. and continue working for the employer once you get psw

I suggest apply with bank statement of some relative may be her mother or father or your mother or father with undertaking to support her. just give it a try (ofcourse if that is maintained) thats my own opinion and might not work at all. Its Technical Author. And to make matters worse just found out that its the wrong SOC Code. Any bets on whther my applicaiton will be rejected... i dont think so, this scheme is to keep high quality people in uk and govt is aware that getting jobs is very difficult these days so govt will allow two years so that highly skilled people have full opportunity to make uk economy better
